06 - Roast for 30-35 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through cooking time. Cook until golden brown and crispy throughout.
07 - Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Chickpeas will continue to crisp as they cool. Serve warm or at room temperature.
