# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The sauce creates itself while you go about your day, making dinner feel effortless even on the most exhausting weeks
  • That creamy, tangy, umami-rich coating makes anything you serve it with taste like a special occasion
02 -
  • The sauce will look thin at first but thickens beautifully as the cream cheese melts and everything cooks down
  • Resist the urge to lift the lid too often—every time you do, you add about 15 minutes to the cooking time
03 -
  • Give your cream cheese 30 minutes on the counter before starting—it makes whisking so much easier
  • If the sauce looks curdled at first, keep cooking and it will smooth out as everything melds together
