# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Baking feta completely changes the game from cold and crumbly to warm and spreadable magic
  • Everything comes together in one dish with almost zero active cooking time
  • The spicy kick cuts through the richness in the most perfect way
02 -
  • The feta will not melt like mozzarella but rather soften into a spreadable creamy consistency
  • Letting it rest for a few minutes after baking makes it easier to handle and lets flavors meld
  • Serve it straight from the baking dish to keep everything warm and inviting
03 -
  • Room temperature feta bakes more evenly than cold straight from the fridge
  • If your chili is very hot, add it gradually so you do not overpower the dish
