01 - Combine whole milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla bean seeds (or vanilla extract) in a blender. Process on high speed until fully incorporated and smooth.
02 - Add ice cubes to the blender mixture. Blend on high speed until the mixture reaches a thick, frosty consistency with no large ice chunks remaining, approximately 1-2 minutes.
03 - Taste the frappuccino and adjust sweetness or vanilla intensity as needed. Add additional sugar or vanilla extract in small increments if desired.
04 - Pour the blended frappuccino into two tall glasses, dividing evenly. Top with whipped cream and white chocolate shavings if using. Serve immediately while cold and frothy.
